Manuscript Types

Seltics Journal: Scope of English Language Teaching, Literature and Linguistics Journal publishes scholarly work in English language teaching, literature, linguistics, and related fields. Manuscripts must demonstrate academic relevance, a clear scholarly contribution, and compliance with the journal's editorial requirements.

The journal accepts the following manuscript types, subject to the journal's current scope and editorial assessment.

1. Research Articles

Research articles report original empirical or analytical research relevant to English language teaching, literature, linguistics, or related fields.

A research article should clearly present the research problem, relevant literature, objectives or research questions, methodology or analytical framework, findings, discussion, and conclusions. The structure may vary according to the research design and disciplinary conventions.

Authors must provide sufficient methodological detail to allow readers to understand how the research was conducted and how the conclusions were reached.

2. Review Articles

Review articles provide a critical and systematic synthesis of relevant scholarly literature on a clearly defined topic.

A review article should explain its purpose, approach to identifying and selecting literature, analytical or synthesis procedures, major findings, and implications for research or practice. Where a systematic review methodology is used, the relevant procedures should be reported transparently.

A review article must offer meaningful synthesis and critical analysis rather than merely summarize previously published studies.
