Pengaruh Digitalisasi Perbankan Melalui Efektivitas Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Bank BRI Bo Ruteng

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi perbankan dan efektivitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Bank BRI BO Ruteng yang berada di bawah Regional Office Denpasar. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini meliputi: (1) menganalisis pengaruh langsung digitalisasi perbankan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, (2) menganalisis pengaruh langsung efektivitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, (3) menganalisis pengaruh langsung digitalisasi perbankan terhadap efektivitas kerja, dan (4) menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung digitalisasi perbankan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui efektivitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 122 pegawai dari 12 unit kerja yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji Sobel untuk menguji efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat temuan utama. Pertama, digitalisasi perbankan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (β = 0,365, p < 0,001). Kedua, efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (β = 0,341, p < 0,001). Ketiga, digitalisasi perbankan secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja (β = 0,615, p < 0,001). Keempat, digitalisasi perbankan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui efektivitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (β = 0,209, p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital di sektor perbankan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja baik secara langsung maupun melalui penguatan efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor perbankan serta implikasi praktis untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan kinerja organisasi.
