Vocational High School graduates' work readiness is heavily determined by the mastery of hard and soft skills, including English proficiency for specific industrial purposes. The main problem faced by grade 12 students of the Micro Banking and Finance major at SMK PERGIS YAPKI MAROS is the low confidence and limited technical vocabulary when facing job interview simulations in English. This community service activity aimed to improve students' communicative competence through intensive English for Specific Purposes training focused on the banking context. The implementation method used a Participatory Action Learning approach involving 20 students as activity subjects, held from May 20 to 25, 2026. The stages included needs analysis, interactive material delivery, job interview role-play simulations, and comprehensive evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in students' motivation and practical abilities. Pre-test and post-test data showed an average increase in speaking skills scores of 35%, as well as increased student confidence in using technical banking terms such as customer service, transaction, and loan application. It is concluded that industry context-based training is effective in bridging the gap between SMK students' English competence and work demands.
