Kolaborasi Dosen dan Mahasiswa dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran di MA DDI Alliritengae melalui Program Kemahiran Mengajar

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of learning at MA DDI Alliritengae through collaboration between lecturers and students in the Teaching Proficiency Program. The activity was carried out from September to October 2025, involving teachers and students from the partner school. Lecturers acted as academic supervisors who guided students in planning, implementing, and evaluating classroom learning. Students served as teacher assistants in teaching, managing the classroom, and preparing learning media suited to students’ needs. This activity did not focus solely on direct classroom assistance. The results of the program showed an increase in student engagement, the application of more varied teaching methods, and the enhancement of students’ confidence in teaching practice. This program emphasizes that the Teaching Proficiency Program can serve as a form of community service for lecturers through guidance, collaboration, and practical mentoring in partner schools.
