INTEGRASI MEDIA WORD WALL DENGAN METODE GAME BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN SISWA SMA NEGERI 11 MAROS

This study aims to determine the effect of Word Wall Media Integration with Game Based Learning Method on Student Activeness of SMA Negeri 11 Maros. This study used the Quasy Experiment method with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampling in this study was conducted using the Random Sampling Technique. The samples in the study were class XI-A.1 as the control class and class XI-A.2 as the experimental class. The instrument used was a multiple choice test of 20 items. The data of this study were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the analysis showed that the experimental class had a greater improvement, with an average of 42.12 on the pretest to 84.24 on the posttest, with an increase of 42.12. Meanwhile, the control class experienced an increase from an average of 36.52 to 75.15 with a difference of 38.63. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailend) 0.001 <0.005, then there is a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class. The difference shows that learning with the integration of Word Wall media with the Game Based Learning method has an influence on the activeness of SMA Negeri 11 Maros students.
