Abstract

Fertilization is an important factor in agricultural cultivation. The combination of fertilization using organic materials is very well applied in agricultural development. Liquid organic fertilizer, phosphate rock and phosphate solvent microbes can be used as a combination to supply additional nutrients to plants. This study aims to determine the best combination of fertilizers from several components, namely liquid organic fertilizer, phosphate solvent microbes, phosphate rock and spacing for field rice and see its effect on growth and production. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. This study uses RAK (Randomized Block Design) in factorial consisting of 2 treatment factors, the first factor is liquid organic fertilizer combined with phosphate solvent microbes and phosphate rock, which consists of 4 combinations namely first control treatment / without combination fertilizer (K0) , second treatment of Phosphate + Liquid Organic Fertilizer (K1), third treatment of Microbial Solvent Phosphate + Liquid Organic Fertilizer (K2), and the fourth treatment Microbe Solvent Phosphate + Liquid Organic Fertilizer + Phosphate Rock (K3). The second factor is the spacing includes the standard 20x20cm (J1) / recommendation and 25x25cm, so that a total of 8 treatment combinations are repeated 3 times. The parameters observed in this study were the number of tillers, and analysis of plant tissue N & P, N & P uptake and grain weight. The results of this study indicate that the application of phosphate solvent microbes, phosphate rock, liquid organic fertilizer and spacing can increase the growth of rice fields, especially in the number of tillers, N & P levels and uptake as well as grain weight.
